Flax seed, the world's oldest fibre and a great source of omega-3s and finely milled for easy digestion. We love to use this blend as a marinade for fish or tofu! And our absolute favourite, as a seasoning for lotus seeds with chaat masala.

How to use: our powders are easily incorporated into your diet – you can add them to almost anything! Sprinkling them on top of your meal is a great way to make the most of their many health benefits, or simply add them to your favourite marinade.

FLAX SEEDS 

HOW TO USE: 
Sprinkle on top of mushroom toast or omlettes or even marinate your meal (Keep an eye out on our instagram where we will share our ideas!) When used as a marinade try using additional ingredients to really enhance the taste, we use them with lemon juice, garlic and chaat masala.
