How long do Kacchi London's range last? 

All Kacchi London products are fresh. The turmeric range has a life of 14 days while the powder range is robust for 2 months, after which the fragrance dulls (remember to refrigerate and keep dry!) 

What is the difference between raw and powder turmeric?

Raw turmeric is the root the powder comes from. It is from the same family as ginger and is a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It is said to be better than powdered turmeric due to no added colouring, it is easier to consume larger quantities of it and it's fresh! Some say it is more potent than powder too. 

Are there any added preservatives/sugar/oil/artificial colouring none! 

None! We pride ourselves on using fresh and unprocessed ingredients.

Where can I buy the Kacchi London products?

We sell them from our website but keep an eye out on our different channels, once we start working with stockists we will make it visible. 

What are the benefits of Kacchi London's products?

Please take a look at the 'Science & Sources' page, exerpts from scientific journals are displayed their, explaining the benefits of the main ingredients.

What efforts are you making to be eco-friendly? 

We have used glass jars, which may be reused, recyclable stickers for the jars, recycled paper for the thank you cards and hive paper for the packaging. 

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns as our products are fresh and perishable.

I haven't received my item. What can I do?

Why do you recommend 1st class delivery for the turmeric range?

Since our turmeric range is fresh, perishable produce, we recommend 1st class delivery to maximise your time. It works out well because we make the item and it takes a day to set, during which time it will be on the way to you. On recipt, you must refrigerate the items. We cannot take resposibility for what happens if not refrigerated/once it is with you.
